Puppet users - Jan 2014 - uninitialized constant Puppet::FileSystem::File

Hi,

I'm running puppet 3.4.2 and on some nodes I'm seeing them fail with the
following errors.
Not sure where they are coming from.  None of my manifests or modules 
include these.

Any help is most appreciated.

Errors:

uninitialized constant Puppet::FileSystem::File

Could not autoload puppet/util/instrumentation/listeners/log: Class Log is 
already defined in Puppet::Util::Instrumentation


Failed to apply catalog: Could not autoload 
puppet/util/instrumentation/listeners/log: Class Log is already defined in 
Puppet::Util::Instrumentation
