Reductive Labs Asks: What platforms and software are you managing?
We'd like to get new users to the information they need quickly and one thing new users want to know is if they can use Puppet for what they want to do. So far, we don't have a very extensive (or thorough) list of platforms and software solutions that our community is using with Puppet. To deal with this, I've drafted a short list of platforms under which Puppet is currently running, but — of course — there are more out there. http://www.reductivelabs.com/trac/puppet/wiki/StablePlatforms *** Please, if your platform isn't on this list please add it or send me an e-mail and I will add it for you. *** Likewise, here is a list of software solutions that are currently under Puppet's management. Some of the items on the list link to pages with recipes and notes about those solutions, but many do not: http://www.reductivelabs.com/trac/puppet/wiki/ManagedByPuppet *** The list is nowhere near complete. If you are running something we've left off and managing it with Puppet, please add it to the list or send me an e-mail. If you feel ambitious, you could even write a wiki page to help others solve the same problem. Puppet is free software, but your contributions are always of great value to us. To all of those who have already contributed, thank you. _______________________________________________ Puppet-users mailing list Puppet-users@madstop.com https://mail.madstop.com/mailman/listinfo/puppet-users

It''s also nice to know there may be someone who can help you if you get stuck.
