Puppet users - Nov 2006 - Trac accounts

I''ve added an account manager plugin to Trac, so people should now be  
able to create and pseudo-manage their own Trac accounts.

This should make it easier to submit bugs as yourself, and anyone  
should be able to log in and modify info on the wiki.

However, trac seems to deal weirdly with credential caching, so I  
don''t seem to be able to log in as a test user.  Please let me know  
if you have any troubles.
