Hello Everyone, I am a newbie. I am supposed to upgrade openssh on a centOS machine. Following are the current versions of openssh and centOS. /tmp# /usr/sbin/sshd -V OpenSSH_4.3p2, OpenSSL 0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 01 Jul 2008 /tmp# rpm -q centos-release centos-release-5-2.el5.centos I have already tried the following link. http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=openssh I am unable to find out the right RPM for centOS 5.0. Can you please point me to the right RPM ? Thanks Sachin

I believe that it's a distro-based issue. This mailing list is concerned about openssh itself. I think that you should subscribe to centos mailing list (I'm on the centos mailing list), and ask the question. Grab a copy of the current source tarball and look at README.platform and contrib/redhat/openssh.spec. -- Iain Morgan
