Remote box SNV93 (xVM kernel) 192.168.1.54 (NIC RTL8169)
Attempts of ssh connection from CentOS 5.1 DomU 192.168.1.37 at SNV93 Dom0 (NIC
RTL8110SC)

hangs ..
TCPDUMP running on remote box (192.168.1.54)

One entry generates for each ssh connection attempt.

Network between CentOS 5.1 DomU and SNV93 Dom0 is fine.
CentOS 5.1 DomU installed in DHCP mode via virt-manager.

The dom0 has the RTL8110 chipset. Is that the one with known checksum
offload problems?

I just remind same issue at SNV85 Dom0. That time Bernd Schemmer suggested to
disable
checksums offloading at CentOS 5.1 DomU :-
# ethtool -K eth0 tx off
Same command works fine for CentOS 5.1 DomU at SNV93 Dom0. 
Nothing has been changed since build 85. This time i''ll make a blog
entry.
To fix it quickly in future.

I forgot one thing has changed . Now i cannot drug and drop tar.gz file from 
desktop to filesystem
folder. New gnome desktop generates an error. It was not an issue with Gnome
desktop on SNV85
Dom0.

CentOS 5.1 DomU at SNV93 Dom0 tested fine on box with rtls0.
I believe RGE driver cannot support the recent Realtek Gigabyte NICs
8110SC,8111B
PCI & PCI-E. CR 6717107 mentions only 8102EL and 8101E chips 
( because of Intel boards affected ? )  . Looks like others brands are not a
fair for Nevada.
