What for you installed xvm ? It comes along
with install on bare metal (Solaris Nevada).
There is an option in Grub Menu to load xVM
kernel. If you run OpenSolaris 2008.05 and some
way upgraded to SNV_93 , then disregard my message.

thanks in advance for any help!
