Nut upsuser - May 2020 - NUT -2.7.4 with Tripp Lite SMX1000 LCD on RPI4 runing 64bit ubuntu 20.04

Hi,

This is a newbie post so please bear with me.

After loosing my router to a random Subminute outage. I looked around
for a fanless UPS and bought Tripp Lite SMX1000LCD

The above constellation works. But I have some questions about outputs.
Please see  attache nut report for the config.

# Is it possible to fix model name to show the correct modelname i.e.
" SMX1000LCD"
# Firmware Version is reported as serial number ?
# It was possible to do quick battery test but it was not possible to
do a deep battery test, Is this feature not supported ?
# Is it possible to calculate  /estimate how much time is left when on
battery  ?

When the UPS does not report that, you can ask nut to provide an 
estimate by using the runtimecal directive. For instance I have in 
ups.conf on a system where I use an Inform low-end UPS:

         runtimecal = 120,100,480,50
         default.battery.voltage.low = 21.2
         default.battery.voltage.high = 27.7

I can look into the firmware version reporting where a serial number should, the
model number (cosmetically you can probably work around this in the conf files)
if you send me a partial serial number (from Date Code to SKU):

There should be only one self-test for these models, so that would probably
explain the reason no discrete deep-discharge test is supported in Network UPS
Tools.
