Sorry that this took some time, Phil.
I believe this has been resolved in a newer kernel. I was finally able to get
around and test a newer kernel. The kernel version I tested with is 3.10-17.
This system is using xen 4.3.1 and xen-tools 4.3.1.
I tested with 3.10-17 and I cannot reproduce the problem.
I can confirm that /proc/sys/net/bridge/bridge-nf-call-ip6tables = 1 and the
IPv6 forwarding through the DOM0 bridge works perfectly. I cannot say which
version fixed it, but I can say that it seems to be working well again.
