Hey everyone - how are things going? I wanted to see what the consensus was on last steps to push out the RC for the new Mapstraction architecture? Timing-wise, I''m speaking at JSConf in 2 weeks and would like to be able to mention the new arch (currently talking about using JavaScript to control immersive virtual worlds, but may try to switch to talk about JS Mapping) - regardless it''s a great venue to show it off to interested devs. Then again for Where2.0/WhereCamp. Thanks! Andrew
Ready and waiting to implement :) Shall we just stick to an existing SVN branch for now so we aren''t learning a new source control system too? Don''t mind either way, just an idea :) 2009/4/12 Andrew Turner <ajturner at highearthorbit.com>> Hey everyone - how are things going? > > I wanted to see what the consensus was on last steps to push out the > RC for the new Mapstraction architecture? > > Timing-wise, I''m speaking at JSConf in 2 weeks and would like to be > able to mention the new arch (currently talking about using JavaScript > to control immersive virtual worlds, but may try to switch to talk > about JS Mapping) - regardless it''s a great venue to show it off to > interested devs. Then again for Where2.0/WhereCamp. > > Thanks! > Andrew > _______________________________________________ > Mapstraction mailing list > Mapstraction at lists.mapstraction.com > lists.mapstraction.com/listinfo.cgi/mapstraction-mapstraction.com >-------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Thanks Rob - working in depth on this for the next two days. Was everyone else involved preferring to stick with SVN? I would prefer git, but more interested in happy, productive contributors :) Could setup another SVN repo to make it clean - since we''re not sharing old code, right? Howdy, I''m not bothered either way. SVN would be easier but git might be better. I haven''t been able to make much more progress but if you set up a repository somewhere I''ll commit what I have.
