Logcheck devel - Jul 2004 - Bug#258735: logcheck permissions issue

Thanks for the report, Florian.

There were permisison issues with post 1.2.23 releases.

I just checked permissions on upgrade from the current version in woody, and
all was well.

.23 is set to hit testing in 7 days.  You could also get the debs from the
Alioth project page [0].

Please confirm this fix upon upgrading.
