llvm dev - May 2017 - [GreenDragon] Maintenance Notification

Hi,
We need to upgrade our Jenkins instance on Green Dragon.  We will do so
tomorrow morning, Wednesday the 17th at 10:00PDT.  Email and IRC
notifications will be down for a bit after we bring the system back up to
allow time for testing.  We will notify the list once we are back in full
operation.  Thanks for your time, hope you all have nice evening/day,
depending on were you are.

Hello,
The necessary maintenance on Green Dragon has been completed successfully.
The system is back online and processing builds.  We are going to keep
email and IRC notifications turned off for a few hours just to make sure we
don't spam everyone by accident.  Our Build Czar will pay attention to
builds in the meantime and notify committers if there is any issue.  We
hope to re-enable email and IRC by this afternoon.  Thank you for your
patience.
