Thanks for the answer.
My problem is that the builtin reordered have side effects.
I've put the the "hasSideEffects = 1" parameters in the
instruction description. Maybe I also should put something in the
"Intrinsics.td" description of the builtin, but I can't find what.

If they don't have side effects, sure. Can you give an example of where
it creates problems for you.
