llvm dev - Mar 2013 - [LLVMdev] LLVM IR Editor Plugin for Eclipse - First Release

The first version of "LLVM IR SDK", an LLVM IR editor plugin for
Eclipse, has now been released by Intel. Installation instructions, feature list
