llvm dev - Jan 2011 - [LLVMdev] Does LLVM Makefile provide a "tags" target for LLVM?

Hi all, 

As described in LLVM Makefile guide, LLVM Makefile does have a "tags"
target. However, I failed to find such a target in LLVM Makefile (I am
using the revision 114955.) So, I am wondering if there is a provided
way to build tags for LLVM source code?
