Hi im currently using tiny c compiler (tcc) to compile c code on the fly within my music application. Now I wish to use LLVM and GCC frontend as from what i can see it gives out good compiler warnings when you compile code where tiny c compiler does not. Is there a tutorial showing me how to compile c code on the fly within my c++ appliocation using LLVC and gcc frontend? or can LLVM not do this? thanks. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/LLVM-%2B-GCC-a-simple-tutorial-example--tp29425282p29425282.html Sent from the LLVM - Dev mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
Hello> Is there a tutorial showing me how to compile c code on the fly within my > c++ appliocation using LLVC and gcc frontend? In such a case you'll have to invoke llvm-gcc as a normal binary, put output into some temporary file and then load the output from that file. Probably, clang will be better suitable for your need. -- With best regards, Anton Korobeynikov Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, Saint Petersburg State University
