libvirt users - Jan 2018 - is it possible to add <metadata/> to libvirt Network XML

i need to know is it possible to add metadata to Libvirt Network XML like i
do in Domain XML with </metadata> tag?

...starting with libvirt-2.1.0.

In a response to an earlier message, Shashwat had said he was running
libvirt-1.3.1, so it didn't have that capability. (I assume he's now
upgraded to a newer libvirt)
