libvirt users - Jul 2017 - What may be cause vm "in shutdown" state

Hello，

We meet a question about vm state.

System environment:
linux version: centos 6.8
libvirt version: 3.4.0
qemu version: 2.4.1

When shutdown one of vms, the state of the vm stuck in in shutdown state. And
the qemu process is gone.

Look up the vm log /var/log/libvirt/qemu/vm.log:
"qemu: terminating on signal 15 from pid 54601
2017-07-19 04:41:09.960+0000: shutting down, reason=crashed"

What may be cause vm "in shutdown" state
