I attached SFQ leaf to parent class, and add QUANTUM value and PERTURB
value.
It worked! i tried 20hosts borrowing from the same parent, no problem. Each
host get its own allocated bandwidth.
Btw about last email sent to this list asking about QoS, i ve read LARTC
document but i cant find the solution matches my case. Need help..
I have 100Kbit allocated to parent class, with 20hosts as the children.
i want each one single tcp stream only able to consume 10Kbit, no more
higher than that, except he or she use Download Manager like DAP or
FlashGet that able to open about 10tcp streams to same host.
I need solution how to do this with tc.

Can you specify how you changed the quantum to get it working? Or you can
