There should be a fair amount. Did you look in the archives and etc.

I do not think bgp applies in this scenario. By nature if you have ADSL
lines you are going for low cost, high speed bandwidth. I am not aware
of ISP providing bgp service to ADSL customers. I would assume you use
to be in a large scale network, and bgp would be running internally and
not communicating with the ISP.
Round robin on the other hand really addresses a different issue.
Bottom line I know what you are trying to do but I believe you are over
complicating the scenario. I have been there, I looked into bgp, and in
a way I guess I used round robin.
In brief forget about bgp at least for now. Look into setting up a
multipath route to your various isp''s. You will need to compile a
custom
kernel, that has certain patches applied. You will build your routes,
and that will give you what you are in search of from the inside out.
Now from the outside in you will need DNS to do round robin, load
balance, or simply to provide multiple IP''s for a given domain name, or
server.
Docs on the inside out part appear to have moved. Catched versions are
http://216.239.39.100/search?q=cache:MYvpvnMUmfsC:www.linuxvirtualserver.org/~julian/+Julian+routes&hl=en&start=1&ie=UTF-8

Julian is a regular participant on this list so if he catches this
hopefully he can provide a url to where things currently reside.
Otherwise send him an email for the patches you need when you are ready.
Docs on the outside in
http://www.samag.com/documents/s=1824/sam0201h/0201h.htm
(Pay attention to the DNS part and forget the rest)
Or see the Bind manual, or the manual/docs for your DNS server on using
more than one IP address for a domain name.
Also make sure to dig through the archives of this list. There is allot
of info there.
In a day or two I will post my old config. It will not come with
instructions just the actual commands and IP addresses I used when load
balancing/combining two SDSL lines.
