Icecast - Sep 2017 - Help starting server

Hi all can any one help 
Our linode server  went down 
I tried  restarting the icecast server and all I get is service ok am I doing
something wrong
when I go to the icecast page all I am getting is page cant be displayed
I know I had a problem a long time a go starting  it
And someone on this list told me where I was going wrong
