Hello I am experiencing a freeze of the Asterisk proces when issuing a 'sip reload'. I have this issue every time on asterisk versions : 13.11.2, 13.11.1, 13.10.0 and certified-13.8-cert3. I do not have this on versions certified-13.8-cert2, certified-13.8-cert1 and asterisk 1.8.32.3. The only solution is a cold restart of Asterisk. I can execute any command on CLI except 'sip

Hi, Yes, I already thought about it. I have the sernet repo installed.. Is possible to yum update and jump from 4.1.6 to 4.1.14 directly, without problems or should I follow some kind of procedure to avoid future problems? Regards, Bruno Andrade. 3.6.10 file handle leak under ancient 32-bit kernel
Hello, I've come across a curious issue with Samba 3.6.10. When running 'emacs' version GNU Emacs 23.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.0.6002) of 2011-03-10 on 3249CTO on Windows Server 2008 SP2 x64 and issuing a file "revert" of one sort or another against a Samba-served file, the 'smbd' process leaks two or three handles. Eventually, when 16k handles are open, this causes

Whole genome searching of 100bp "D" sequence
Hi, I was wondering I'm going about this in the correct way. I need to test if there are coding sequences or exons in hg19 which match a string of 100bp "D" i.e. [A,G or T]. However I'm getting a strange result. I get a hit on chr7, using the 100bp search however when I search with 60bp sequence of "D" I don't get any hits. library("BSgenome")

vectorisation
Hi I'm trying to set up a simulation problem without resorting to (m)any loops. I want to set entries in a data frame of zeros ('starts' in the code below) to 1 at certain points and the points have been randomly generated and stored in a separate data.frame ('sl'), which has the same number of columns. An example of the procedure is as follows: ml <-
