[Icecast] Silence Detection for stream - Linux (Ubuntu 12.04/14.04) ALSA ONLY

Boy howdy. Liquidsoap could take two chuck norrises (norri?) and mix them into
one stream of consciousness that could wipe out galaxies with a brief but cross
thought.

But bash scripts are kinda sexy in its own way () { :; };
