[icecast] Always starts playing at the beginning of a stream
Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, I have tried it already, but the result is noticably worse than doing a "real" stream with IceCast. I have tried both web server and IceCast static/fileserv methods. O well, I guess I would just have to live with it. Thanks. --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. If you create the "downloadable" stream the same way as you've set up your live stream, I can't think of any quality differences. It's really the same (all http streaming, nothing out of the ordinary, same data). <p>Moritz --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body.
