SAM V-2 due out some time right after Xmas will indeed run in Linux. It in fact is being developed in Linux first using Kylix then is being ported back to windows.. I've used liveice under RH7.2 http://star.arm.ac.uk/~spm/software/liveice.html Works from soundcard input. Have only used command-line mode though.
