The author has started hanging out in #icecast and #vorbis irc.
It does basically the same job, but in a much more limited scope. If
all you want to do is put a playlist or a random playlist up, it will do
the job. Much more than that, and you're out of it's domain.
It's not likely to scale very far, as it's got the weight of apache on
it, and it's got one process per client (i think, but this is the
stadnard way apache 1.3 works). Which means, if you have 200 clients,
you have 200 apaches.
