It is not late enough. llvm-gcc failed to build as a result (yet again) and the nightly tester did not run.

Faster Sound Files
I'd like to increase the speed of the Asterisk sound files. Miss Alison talks a bit slow. I can use sox to increase the speed, but then the pitch changes and she starts to sound like a chipmunk. Any audio experts out there know how I can increase the speed a little bit, and change the pitch accordingly so that she sounds ... normal? Thanks Doug.

Server turns off unexpectedly
...oblems other than it ran Windows 7. Thew new HDD is because I'm planning to also use it as a Bacula storage device. For the moment is purely an AirPrint server, using CUPS and Avahi so is ide 99.9% of the time. My priblem is that twice now it has turned itself off, the last time being at 7:40am today. There is nothing I can find in the logs prior to it going off, just the normal start-up entries when it's turned back on. Can anyone suggest why i may be happening, or how I can diagnose it. The server is in a UPS protected cabinet in locked room

New faxing protocol. Good/Bad ?
Hi List, I was thinking the other day that even with T.38 there are still some issues with faxing. I was thinking of a protocol that instead of just sending down the fax tones an ATA or "VOIP fax machine" would get the entire fax convert it into some sort of image and pass it down the line to the receiving end. I got the idea from RFC2833. Yes I know that fax machines send bit by bit and

Windows 7 safe mode with networking on Xen 3.4.2?
I have just attempted to boot a windows 7 vm in safe mode with networking on Xen 3.4.2 and found that it reboots a few seconds after the logon screen appears, perhaps somebody else on the list could test this and confirm that they see the same issue? The last few lines of the qemu-dm log show the following: gpe_en_write: addr=0x1f6c, val=0x8. gpe_en_write: addr=0x1f6d, val=0x0. gpe_en_write:

duplicate entries on ext3 when using readdir/readdir64
Hello, I have a problem with directories that contain more than 10000 entries (Ubuntu 8.04.1) or with more than 70000 entries (RHEL 5.2). If you use readdir(3) or readdir64(3) you get one entry twice, with same name and inode. Some analyzing showed that disabling dir_index solves this problem, but I think that this is a bug in the ext3 code, as no other file-system shows this behavior.
