Gluster users - Aug 2012 - Gluster tutorial

I need to run clustering for 8 system, all system are paired using the same
led. so this way 4 leds.
I need to run this clustering on KUBUNTU 11, but, need some tutorial to
understand where to start from.

I would thank if anyone could send me a good link or tutorial.

We are just in the process of creating a quickstart quide - and from there,
we'll be creating a "runbook" for new users.

Look for the first bits to land on gluster.org very soon - this week.
