Hi All, We've got a situation here where we have a lot of servers in a snat pool behind and F5 load balancer. So when they connect to the gluster server they show the same source IP. When we first started mounting the gluster exports on these snatted servers there didn't seem to be a problem. They would mount the shared home directory and /backup directory just like the clients that connected directly. But as we added more and more of these servers on the F5 network, we started running into problems where they sometimes they wouldn't mount the shares and when you did a df, it would show "Transport end not connected" (or something similar). And as we added more, eventually the new ones wouldn't mount at all. These are all VM's so I could get around the problem by adding another nic to each of these clients and put it on the same VLAN as the gluster servers but the network guys only want one nic per server. Here's an example of the error message in the /var/log/glusterfs/etc-glusterfs-glusterd.vol.log I would see when trying to mount one of these servers. 192.168.200.253 is the IP that any of the snatted machines show up as when connecting. [socket.c:1494:__socket_proto_state_machine] 0-socket.management: reading from socket failed. Error (Transport endpoint is not connected), peer (192.168.200.253:14333) Have any of you run into a similar problem and found a solution? Thank you!
