[Gluster-users] NFS export of Gluster with LoadBalancer
I have read the following page and was wondering if anyone had any practical experience with it http://www.gluster.com/community/documentation/index.php?title=Gluster_3.1:_Accessing_Gluster_Using_NFS&oldid=6210 I was wondering two things: 1) I assume the "User Supplied Loadbalanced IP or failover" refers to an external Load Balancer similiar to F5, CoyotePoint, Loadbalancer.org or A10 2) Has any body tried this, and could they provide some feed back on their experience. -- Brian Laughton Supreme Ruler of the UnKnown Universe
Brian - Most the time we just use RRDNS. Just create multiple A records with the same name, one for each Gluster server or VIP.
