Hi Very new to this and have set up two fedora 13 boxes sharing part of an ext4 filesystem and whilst #service glusterfs status says running and returns a pid is there an equivalent of the share command to confirm what is being exported as I am having difficulty mounting this on the client machine. Pointing nmap at the servers doesn't show a service on port 6996 as being open. FYI I am using v3.0.4 Regards Paul Paul Johnston Humanities ICT (Infrastructure) Samuel Alexander Building Room W1.19 Tel Internal 63327 e-mail Paul.Johnston at manchester.ac.uk <mailto:Paul.Johnston at manchester.ac.uk> web http://servalan.humanities.manchester.ac.uk/users/mcasspj/ <http://servalan.humanities.manchester.ac.uk/users/mcasspj/> Tuzoqlar granatalardan yuksak darajali portlovchi moddalardan yoki bosshqa narslardan qilingan?

You can check through ps / netstat if glusterfs is running and look at the glusterfs logfile which should be in /var/log/glusterfs/ Regards, Vijay
