[Gluster-users] Clock synchronization (Ubuntu 10.04 server - virtualbox - gluster platform)
Hello.. I've a problem of clock synchronization with the gluster platform installed with virtualbox. In fact, two second in reality make 4 second on the plateform gluster (via virtualbox) For information, i've install a ubuntu 10.04 desktop for test (still via virtualbox) and, no problem of clock, two real second make two second on the "virtualized" (if i can say that in english) OS. So, I need some help to understand from where comes the problem, and what I can make to resolve this one.. Thanks for reading.. ! Shayn

[Gluster-users] Clock synchronization (Ubuntu 10.04 server - virtualbox - gluster platform)
Hi Shayn, We had tested Gluster Platform 3.0.4 under VMware and Virtual box. Unfortunately we haven't seen such problem. Date/time sync problem can be fixed by running ntpdate command manually. Thanks, Regards, Bala Shayn wrote:> Hello.. > > I've a problem of clock synchronization with the gluster platform > installed with virtualbox. > In fact, two second in reality make 4 second on the plateform gluster > (via virtualbox) > > For information, i've install a ubuntu 10.04 desktop for test (still via > virtualbox) and, no problem of clock, two real second make two second on > the "virtualized" (if i can say that in english) OS. > > So, I need some help to understand from where comes the problem, and > what I can make to resolve this one.. > > Thanks for reading.. ! > > Shayn > > _______________________________________________ > Gluster-users mailing list > Gluster-users at gluster.org > http://gluster.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gluster-users
