Gluster users - Oct 2009 - forcing afr sync, how?

Testing a three node gluster setup with afr across all three.  One of  
the members died and rebuilt so obviously the data is gone.

How do I force a sync from the other two nodes over to this third?   
Attached configs below, running 2.0.7 on all three hosts.

/mnt/personas-share/ is empty on the rebuilt host (so is /data/ 
personas-shared).

Hi Matt,

On the mount point, just a ls -lR will trigger self-heal and the data will
be synced.
