[Facebooker-talk] session handling for non-facebook requests

I just committed a patch from David Clements to fix session sharing  
between Facebook and Non-Facebook requests. I also cleaned up some of  
the code so that you won''t get exceptions raised for InvalidSignatures
on non-Facebook requests.
