The ext2fsprogs package contains essential ext2 filesystem utilities which
consists of e2fsck, mke2fs, debugfs, dumpe2fs, tune2fs, and most of the
other core ext2 filesystem utilities.
Changes: Fixes for minor compilation issues.

There are no important bugfixes specific to ext3 since the last WIP release, but some of the option handling for fs create has been cleaned up and there are non-ext3 fixes and improvements in it. However, any ext3 users still using e2fsprogs-1.19 or an old 1.20-WIP should really upgrade, as there is a critical recovery bug in older e2fsck code which was only fixed in February or March, if I remember correctly.
