dtrace discuss - Feb 2008 - dtrace: where to download it? it is different than DTraceToolkit

hello

when doing dtrace -V and which dtrace, I get:
dtrace: Sun D 1.1
/usr/sbin/dtrace

this is different than DTraceToolkit-0.99
right?

where to download dtrace?

I downloaded DTraceToolkit-0.99 and there is no dtrace
in it.

DTrace is an integral part Solaris.
