What do you mean by "save"?
a) Keep messages in local storage too?
b) Delete messages from local storage and have messages inaccessible to
clients?
c) Delete messages from local storage and have Dovecot automatically
fetch them from remote storage when necessary?
Why does it have to be MySQL?
