I'm not sure if there is a portable way to know the IP address for an
interface, and it's probably too much work to add code for all the OSes.
As for --listen.. Well, I'd rather not add any such specific command
line options. It'd be better if it was possible to change any setting
with a single option, like Postfix has -o. Anyway, this is a bit too
late for v1.0.
