So, when we build the list of packages it gets left out. I think I should put it in CentOS Extras where it should get carried over when we update. They are freely available upstream from linux-kvm.org. I'm actually using Fedora's virtio-win-0.1-100.iso CD-ROM image, which I find more convenient than where the RPM would install those files.
