Here is your problem : you're trying to use a driver disk build for RHEL
4.0 on CentOS 4.3 and not CentOS 4.0 ... Try to find a dd for RHEL 4u3
(except if the same dd contains modules for RHEL 4, 4U1, 4U2 and 4U3 but
usually they are separate driver disks ....) and then test with CentOS
4.3 ...
