CentOS - Jan 2006 - Dispatch code

Found this in the named portion of my system log this morning.  Any clue 
to what the dispatch code is?

   dispatch 0x9c21670: shutting down due to TCP receive error: connection reset:
1 Time(s)

Still up and running.  Perhaps an attack attempt?
