[CentOS-virt] 3.18.21-16 upgrade, kernel panic, unable to mount root fs

Indeed, a good catch. Module initramfs line was missing at 3.18.21 grub config. This caused me an overnight issue on a secondary Xen server. I'm glad to not be the only one to have the issue :) I'm even more glad someone spotted the issue quickly.
