CentOS docs - Apr 2019 - CentOS 8 browser's default page

Hi guys,

What do you think about the browser's default page? Does the text in
CentOS 7 remain in CentOS 8. Is there any variation/fix/improvement you
would like to introduce? Should it be localized?
