asterisk users - Aug 2009 - queue need very long can start music

hi everybody,

   Recently,I did a stress test use asterisk . when I  concurrent 100 calls
to the queue , i found the waiter need very a long time can listen to the
music,about 40s

and this time, there are about 30 waiters in the queue. everybody can tell
me this reasons.whether the queue's ability is limit or the music on hold
concurrent

is limit .

following is my log,when in queues,

there are many people were waiting for connected.

we can see from the dialplan ,the caller to the ext-queue is  10:30:30
,but Queue
'901' Join is  10:31:31,

every body can tell me this reasons.
