It looks like you are trying to dial out on your 'NT' instead of your 'TE'. Try changing Dial(DAHDI/g1/${EXTEN:1}); to Dial(DAHDI/G1/${EXTEN:1}); Oh, and I'd use mISDN for BRI as DAHDI always gave me problems.
