asterisk users - Nov 2007 - automatic blind transfer calls

Hi,

   I would like to do a blind transfer in an automatic way. For example I
dial "5" during a call and the caller is blind transferred to
"SIP/578" (for
example).

I saw that with features.conf it is not possible to do that.
