Hi, Here you can find a list of MS Exchange 2007 compliant systems: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/telephony-advisor.mspx You cannot see mention of Asterisk ;-)) Has anyone tried to "integrate" Asterisk and Exchange 2007 ? A prospective customer is using MS Exchange 2007 and is asking for such integration. Passion aside, what do you think of such integration ? Would you expect a better user experience from an Asterisk-Exchange bundle than a pure Asterisk ? Regards -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... So, if you got the exchange, just play with it, and send us and microsoft the notes (in oo.org doc ;) Regards, Atis -- Atis Lezdins VoIP Developer, IQ Labs Inc. atis at iq-labs.net Skype: atis.lezdins Cell Phone: +371 28806004 Work phone: +1 800 7502835

It all depends how you are wanting to integrate. Do you mean to use Exchange as the voicemail system for Asterisk? If so, this how to ( http://blog.lithiumblue.com/2007/04/accessing-exchange-2007-unified_29.html) is useful in doing that. If you'd like your own environment to test with, you can also download the Exchange 2007 Trial VM from Microsoft ( http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=692A6E3C-81C9-4D8A-93FA-266D651735DC&displaylang=en ). If you want to use the Exchange 2007 for IMAP storage, that one gets uglier as in this version of Exchange, they removed the "master" user ability ( http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;937359). This means that for each user, you would need their username and password in order to store their voicemail in their Exchange mailbox. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
