[Asterisk-Users] Please Help - Polycom IP 601 Buddy Watch problems
Hi, I found your post on threebit.net/mail-archive/asterisk-users/msg04580.html I am having the exact same issue with the Polycom IP601 (SIP version 1.6.6.0036) with Asterisk 1.2.7.1. I was wondering if you found any solution to it. I would really appreciate if you could share your solution. Thanks, Khairul. In CLI, it shows "-- Incoming call: Got SIP response 500 "Internal Server Error" back from 192.168.2.104". Once you see this msg, the buddy watch won't work any more until you reboot the phone. Hi Khairul We are using 1.2.9.1 and polycom 1.6.6 firmware for Polycom 601, the problem still exists. It only works for a while and then the problem happens. But when we reboot the phone, it will work for another while. I saw a thread about this problem in Digium bug report page before. But no solution for it at that time. It is really a headache for us.
