News flash. LiveVoip never DID like customers... I have several nasty emails from them that show how they feel about customers. "Never threaten this company, we will not tolerate it?" You have got be kidding... Who do they think they are? What did you do, say you would file with the Better Business Bureau? Or maybe that you would file for the money back from your credit card company? Regardless, what do they think they are gonna do if you do threaten action? Can they stop anyone from going to the public utility commission? That is a big NO. However, they can posture to make you think they have more power than they do. LiveVoip is without a doubt the biggest group of unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They are nasty to people for no reason and they don't care a bit about customer satisfaction. They care about getting your money and nothing else. Brandon and Mike being the worst of them. Noone should waste tons of time trying to get their help for a service they are unable to provide anyway. Buy your DIDs and dialtime elsewhere if you want any quality and you want to be treated well. Because you won't get anything but lies and mistreatment from LiveVoip. That is my personal opinion anyway.
