asterisk users - May 2005 - Asterisk with Intel modems 537 or MD3200

I've just give a look to the website

If I understand very well, the Intel modems marked with 537 or MD3200 chipset
should work with Asterisk ?!
If it is true, I'd like to know how to configure Asterisk ?
