asterisk users - Sep 2004 - PBX --- > Asterisk Connection

My scenario:

Phones ----------> PBX -------->  * ---------->  Voip Provider
                                   <--------  * <----------


Hi, I would like to connect a traditional pbx with asterisk to forward 
call to a voip provider. I would like to do this to use a HFC card in NT 
mode.
Someone experienced with this scenario ?
In this way I'll be able for example to use asterisk to receive call for 
example from toll free number and forward to the traditional pbx or I have 
to add
for example another card configured in non NT mode ?
